Before getting into the details of this beast, let us appreciate the sheer beauty and eye-catching aesthetics. It features a white metal case with 4x RGB fans. The RGB on the fans sits well with the overall aesthetics of the PC. The Ryzen 5 3600 is cooled by an AMD Wraith air cooler, not the best but still better than any cheaper, low-end air cooler. The cable management is neat, and overall, the system feels premium. It is a fully loaded PC that capable of running games in glorious details with a stable and fluid framerate. It is excellent for 1080p gaming with high refresh rate monitors, but thanks to the DLSS support on the RTX 2060, you can have a playable 1440p gaming experience.
#2 – SkyTech Shadow 3.0
One thing that one can tell after having a single glance at the Shadow 3.0 prebuilt gaming PC by SkyTech is it features one of the best-looking PC cases compared to other competing prebuilt gaming PCs. The SkyTech Archangel 3.0 is one of the few prebuilt gaming PCs that I highly recommend. It is one of the premium and gorgeous-looking prebuilt PC that I have ever seen. It is hard to tell whether this system is prebuilt or custom-built. There is nothing but pros when it comes to this PC, but if I have to list its cons and make the article fair, it has limited storage capacity, and if you are planning to run demanding games and software, 16 GB of DDR4 might not be sufficient. Other than that, it is a solid, elegant and powerful gaming PC.
CPU: Ryzen 5 3600 @2.6 GHz GPU: Nvidia RTX 2060 6 GB CPU cooler: Air cooler with heatsink Memory: 16 GB DDR4 memory @3000 MHz Casing: Full black metal case with tempered glass side panel. Storage: 1 TB NVMe M.2 SSD PSU: 550W 80 Plus Bronze rate PSU PC weight: 15.60 KG / 34.4 lbs.
Appealing design Solid build quality RTX 2060 is capable of providing a fluid 1080p and playable 1440p experience Wi-Fi ready gaming PC RGB lighting on case and fans
Limited storage capacity 16 GB memory may not be enough for productive work
It is Archangel 3.0 but in full black finish and a different processor. It rocks the Intel Core i7-9700KF CPU and comes with Nvidia RTX 2060 graphics card. You can guess the memory configuration. If not, it comes with 16 GB of DDR4 memory. The CPU and GPU are powerful and can run any demanding game with a stable frame rate of over 60 fps. With the wonders of DLSS technology, you can even have a decent 1440p gaming experience. It features a bulky air cooler with a heatsink. It has a closed front with side vents from where heat is dissipated. The 3x RGB fans are more than enough to exhaust the heat out of the casing. This beautiful piece of hardware is more than capable of running any game run at it and can be used by casual gamers or even content creators. More details are mentioned down below:
#3 – Mytrix Gamer Xtreme
The Mytrix Gamer Xtreme gaming PC is one of the entry-level prebuilt PCs that is tailored for a seamless 1080p gaming experience. It comes with a GTX 1660 Super graphics card. The CPU it features is the Core i5-10400F and Nvidia GTX 1660 Super as graphics card. SkyTech Shadow 3.0 is here for people that love a bold and aesthetically pleasing casing with some powerful hardware. It is a fully loaded gaming rig with little to no flaws. It is best paired with a 1080p monitor but higher refresh rate. If you want a playable gaming experience at 1440p, DLSS will make it possible but only in games that support the technology. It is tailored for high-end gaming and productive workload though you might need an upgrade to more storage and memory capacity.
CPU: Intel Core i5-10400F GPU: Nvidia GTX 1660 Super 6 GB CPU cooler: Stock air cooler Memory: 16 GB single-channel DDR4 memory @3000 MHz Casing: Full black metal case with tempered glass side panel and front mesh Storage: 500 GB NVMe M.2 SSD + 2 TB HDD Number of fans: 4x RGB fans PC weight: 16.78 KG / 37 lbs.
Decent design with great airflow mechanism Sufficient storage capacity Solid specifications with competitive pricing Impressive 1080p gaming performance
Single-channel memory Intel stock cooler not ideal for high-end usage No ray-tracing and DLSS support
It is not the best CPU for gaming, but it will do fine. People that like to overclock their PC hardware will have to bite a bitter pill with this PC, as you will only be able to play with the clock speeds of the GPU. The CPU does not feature overclocking and cannot be manually overclocked. Moreover, it requires a dedicated graphics card to display, meaning it does not have the Intel HD graphics card chip. Moving on, it features 4x RGB fans for heat dissipation and has the Intel stock cooler, which may change from PC to PC, but if it comes with the stock cooler, you might have to look for better cooling conditions. By the looks of it, it features a single-channel memory stick, which is another noticeable flaw.
#4 – OMEN 25L
If you are not feeling Intel prebuilt and want a rawer AMD experience, meet the OMEN 25L featuring all AMD hardware. The tower case houses the Ryzen 5 3500 CPU and AMD Radeon RX 5500 graphics processing unit. The Mytrix Gamer Xtreme is a great prebuilt gaming rig for people on a tight budget and wants a fluid 1080p gaming experience with spending as little money as possible. It has solid specifications and has an attractive design. The great thing about this PC is the room for upgradability, there are a few cutbacks here and there, but you can upgrade and make this system your ideal gaming rig. If you are not satisfied with the GTX 1660 Super, you can sell the GPU and try looking for more recent Nvidia and AMD releases.
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3500 @3.6 GHz GPU: AMD Radeon RX 5500 4 GB CPU cooler: Stock air cooler Memory: 16 GB single-channel DDR4 memory @3000 MHz Casing: Full black metal case with tempered glass side panel and front mesh Storage: 512 GB NVMe M.2 SSD PSU: 500W 80 Plus Bronze rated PSU PC weight: 11.43 KG / 25.2 lbs.
Durable and premium looking build quality Aesthetically pleasing desktop gaming PC Top vents for decent airflow Decent entry-level gaming performance Wi-Fi and Bluetooth ready PC
Only single-channel 8 GB of memory capacity, not suitable for latest games and demanding software Limited SSD storage capacity
The OMEN 25L are entry-level gaming rigs that focus on a more 1080p oriented gaming experience. The higher-end versions are the OMEN 30L featuring a wide variety of configurations. Similar to the 30L variants, the 25L does have several similar configurations, which can be confusing. It is a decent entry-level gaming PC that is capable enough to run games at their glorious graphical details. It features a metal brush finish, a metal case that prioritizes minimalism, and has one of the best aesthetics out of a closed-front desktop case. One of the biggest cons of the OMEL 25L is it features only 8 GB of DDR4 memory, which might be great 7-8 years back but not these days. The other flaw is only 512 GB of SSD storage capacity.
#5 – iBUYPOWER Gaming PC
iBUYPOWER Gaming Desktop Trace 4 9310 is another entry-level gaming PC that is one of the most attractive price tags for the specifications it comes with. It comes with a Ryzen 5 3600 CPU and AMD Radeon RX 5500 XT and 8 GB of DDR4 memory. The OMEN 25L is a solid entry-level all-AMD setup. It loads faster thanks to the NVMe SSD and Core i5-10400F CPU. It runs surprisingly quiet under stress and does not let the lack of fans make the rig run hotter. It is an entry-level PC from every perspective, and if you are not satisfied with the initial specs, you can always customize the OMEN 25L before buying, but that will be going to increase the costs and potentially cross the $1500 price that we are trying to achieve. With a few cutbacks, I would still say this is a decent quality PC that can play any demanding title out of the box.
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 @3.6 GHz GPU: AMD Radeon RX 5500 4 GB CPU cooler: Air cooler with heatsink Memory: 8 GB single-channel DDR4 memory Casing: Full black metal case with RGB lighting and tempered glass side panel Storage: 240 GB NVMe SSD storage PSU: 500W PSU PC weight: 14.28 KG / 31.5 lbs.
Up to 4X fan arrangement for heat dissipation Wi-Fi ready PC One of the cheapest options for 1080p gaming at 60 fps Attractive build design Keyboard and mouse included with the system
Only has 240 GB of SSD storage, the PC requires immediate upgrading Single-channel 8 GB memory is not sufficient for the latest gaming
I would not be surprised by the number of cutbacks after checking out the price of the gaming PC. It has some of the worst specifications when it comes to storage capacity, be it SSD storage or memory capacity. Luckily you can upgrade the storage at your disposal, and easily anytime the main components are the CPU and GPU. Ryzen 5 3600 is one of the most sold and popular entry to mid-tier CPUs, which is optimized for gaming and work alike. The Radeon RX 5500 XT is a weak and inferior graphics card with only 4GB of VRAM. You might have to consider a better and more recently released graphics card for an optimal 1080p gaming experience. Overall, for the price of the PC, it is a decent gaming PC for kids and folks that want to play some competitive titles.
#6 – MSI Codex R
There are several prebuilt gaming PC that you will find under the $1500 price tag, and most of them feature entry-level system hardware that can barely run games at a stable 60 fps frame rate. iBUYPOWER presents their entry-level gaming PC for people that want to spend as little money as possible while being able to run most of the games at a stable 60 fps frame rate. It is one of the cheapest and affordable prebuilt gaming PC that I have seen in a while. Its cheaper price tag comes with noticeable cutbacks like storage capacity. It only comes with 240 GB which can only store one or two AAA games at max. Overall, after upgrading to 16 GB memory and increasing the storage capacity, the system has the potential to last you a couple of years without needing to upgrade.
CPU: Intel Core i5-10400F @2.90 GHz GPU: Nvidia RTX 2060 6 GB CPU cooler: Air cooler with heatsink and RGB lighting Memory: 16 GB dual-channel DDR 4 memory @3000 MHz Casing: Full black metal case with front mesh and tempered glass side panel Storage: 500 GB NVMe SSD + 1 TB HDD @7200 RPM PSU: 500W 80 Plus Bronze rated PSU PC weight: 11.97 KG / 26.4 lbs.

You might want to upgrade to more storage for storing the latest AAA games 16 GB might not be sufficient for demanding software
Meet the MSI Codex R, one of the refined and better options for those that want a flawless 1080p and even 1440p gaming experience. It rocks an Intel Core i5-10400F CPU and RTX 2060 graphics card, both of which can run even the most demanding titles well over the 60-fps frame rate at 1080p. At a single glance, it features a generic desktop gaming PC aesthetic. One thing that anyone will immediately notice is the case clearance from the ground, one of the highest I have ever seen in any desktop casing. It features a mesh design on the front and the side. It has a tempered glass panel with a black tint. It screams gaming PC from every direction, but it does stand out from most of the generic-looking tempered glass PC cases. MSI has a well-rounded gaming PC for people to buy.
#7 – iBUYPOWER Pro
I would be lying if I said that I have seen many eccentric and odd-shaped gaming PC casings, and nothing will surprise me anymore. To my surprise, iBUYPOWER, Pro Gaming PC, took me by surprise, and I am sure it will take many other people. MSI has a history of manufacturing PC hardware, including prebuilt gaming systems and even mice and keyboards. The Codex R is a solid medium-tier gaming PC that is not only customized to play games at 1080p but is also capable of providing an enjoyable 1440p gaming experience. It has support for Intel Wi-Fi 6 technology and is the first prebuilt gaming PC under 1500 that supports Wi-Fi 6 out of the box. Maybe, I might have missed a few. Overall, it is a complete package, and check most of the boxes that make it a worth buying prebuilt gaming PC.
CPU: Intel Core i5-10600KF @4.10 GHz GPU: Nvidia GTX 1660 Super 6 GB CPU cooler: AIO liquid cooler Memory: 8 GB single-channel DDR4 memory Casing: White finish, metal case with front and top tempered glass panel Storage: 240 GB NVMe SSD + 1 TB HDD PSU: 500W PSU PC weight: 12.15 KG / 26.8 lbs.

It has Alienware aesthetics, and it is easier to confuse it with an Alienware gaming PC. It is hard to describe the design of this PC, but the best I can describe is it resembles a toaster, I guess? You can check it out yourself and decide which electronic equipment it looks like the most. It rocks a liquid cooler Intel Core i5-10600KF CPU paired with the GTX 1660 Super graphics processing unit. It is a strong contender to the best-prebuilt gaming PC under 1500. You might argue that it only has 8 GB of memory. How does it make it a strong contender to the best gaming PC build under 1500? It is due to the processor and the graphics card and the overall price of the system.
#8 – ROG Strix GA15DH
ASUS products are one of the highly-rated products in the PC industry and are due for good reasons. Due to inflated GPU prices recently, it is harder to find a ROG Strix gaming system under $1500 but to your surprise, meet the ROG Strix GA15DH gaming beast by ASUS. The iBUYPOWER Pro gaming PC is one of the most eccentric gaming prebuilt PC that I have ever seen. It is a super competitively priced gaming PC, featuring outstanding gaming hardware like the Intel Core i5-10600KF CPU and GTX 1660 Super graphics card. Naturally, lower pricing means cutbacks, and the noticeable cutback that I have observed is it only has a single 8 GB DDR4 memory stick, which, after upgrading to 16 or 32 GB, will have you set for a path of having an enjoyable gaming experience.
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600X @3.6 GHz GPU: Nvidia GTX 1660 Super 6 GB CPU cooler: Air cooler with heatsink Memory: 8 GB single-channel DDR4 memory @3200 MHz Casing: White finish, metal case with front and top tempered glass panel Storage: 256 GB NVMe SSD + 1 TB HDD PSU: 500W 80 Plus Gold rate PSU PC weight: 11.02 KG / 24.30 lbs.

It comes with an AMD + Nvidia configuration, but there are options for pure AMD builds with RX 5700 XT graphics card. It has the design and aesthetics that ROG is known for. It has a unique desktop design. It has a slight tilt from the front, a bit elevated compared to the rear of the casing. It has a 256 NVMe SSD + 1 TB of HDD storage combination. It comes with 8 GB of DDR4 memory, which you can upgrade later. Overall, a solid, great-looking gaming PC which I can recommend without thinking twice. Though, there are better options available.

How To Choose The Best Gaming PC Under 1500 Dollars?
Just like every other shopping, it is important to do your research and understand how you can get the best possible gaming PC under 1500. The Skytech Shadow prebuilt gaming PC is one of the neat-looking gaming PCs available. There are a few different variants to choose from. This version comes with GTX 1660 and Ryzen 3 3100. Not the most powerful hardware, but they will still take you on an amazing gaming journey, especially if you are coming from weaker hardware. People that are buying this PC as their first PC or gamers that are coming from slower hardware like the GTX 750 Ti are going to love this PC from every perspective. For the price of this system, I would highly recommend this computer to anyone on a limited budget. If you have limited to no idea, I am here to assist you out, and after carefully thinking, below are some factors that are worth considering and will help you make the best possible decision. At least this will be what I will do my best, so let us get to the factors without any ado.
How Much Upgradability Is Available?
It is impossible to find a prebuilt gaming PC that is perfect out of the box. There will be cutbacks and a few inconveniences like low storage capacity or single-channel memory arrangement. The biggest advantage of owning a PC is upgradability, and if a prebuilt have limited to no upgradability, a console would be a better purchase. Now, make sure that whichever PC has caught your attention has room for upgradability for GPU, CPU, memory, and storage. A spacious PC is the first thing to start. If the PC has enough space, you can install more components, especially a beefier GPU. Secondly, double-check which memory arrangement is featured in the system and does the storage space will be enough for your need? I suggest looking for at least 1 TB of NVMe storage, and HDD can be pumped up as per desire. As long there is upgradability, an entry-level system with upgradability is better than a mid-level system with little to no upgradability. I hope you got my point here.
Performance & Convenience
Performance is crucial and by far the most important factor that any gamer should check first before going into more details. Depending on your target performance, the specifications, and most importantly, the budget will vary. Fact: There are multiple options that you can choose from, in under $1500, you can choose to go with either Intel or AMD build If you want a solid 1080p and 1440p gaming experience, you might be able to find a prebuilt gaming PC under 1500, but it is possible that the price will pump up and you will have to spend more than the targeted price range. Now, the PCs that are mentioned in this article are chosen after considering their performance in the first place. A PC should be convenient and should work right out of the box. It should be budget-friendly and is flexible for upgrading in the future. At the end of the day, one of the biggest reasons for buying a prebuilt system is to get a gaming PC with a graphics card that can run games out of the box and will save a lot of time.
$1500 Prebuilt Vs. Custom Built Gaming PC
Most people consider prebuilt gaming PC inferior to custom building gaming PC due to several solid reasons. The few biggest reasons include cheaper components, overpriced, and risk of getting a dud out of the box, and so many more. These arguments are hard to counter and are true to some extent, but some prebuilt gaming systems around the $1500 price mark are everything but a bad purchase. Prebuilt PCs have improved over time, and now you can get a pretty solid preassembled gaming rig without having to worry about cheaper components. Custom building, on the contrary, comes with its own set of advantages like, you know that you have nothing but quality components for your PC, but it is a time-consuming hobby, and due to GPU shortage in the last two years, custom building is nothing but a pain, making prebuilt a better choice. Fact: Prebuilt gaming PC under 1500 can guarantee a mid-end gaming PC capable of running games at 1080p/1440p at 60 fps with maxed out graphical settings In the end, it depends on your needs. If you do not trust prebuilt systems and have the time to get parts for your system, the custom building will be better but might cost more. If you have no time or do not want to assemble the PC yourself, in that case, a $1500 budget can get you a pretty decent prebuilt gaming PC.
AMD Vs. Intel: What’s Your Choice?
AMD has one of the best CPUs when it comes to price to performance ratio. Intel CPUs have one of the best single-core performances and are generally better for gaming. Now, there are a few reasons which make Intel a better option, it has better stability and has outstanding overclocking support. AMD Ryzen, on the other hand, is great for gaming, but they shine the best in running demanding software and leave Intel CPUs to dust. If you are only and strictly looking to play games that are all, get Intel CPU with “K” variant, but if you want to do some work with high-end gaming at 1080p, AMD processors are better. AMD also has better upgradability while Intel does not. Keep this in mind if you are not sure to go with Intel or AMD. Fact: The CPUs used in prebuilt gaming PCs are capable of high-end gaming and multitasking. These CPUs are more than capable of running the most demanding titles.
Future-Proofing Factor
Intel gaming PCs are generally the least flexible when it comes to upgradability, and the user will have to buy a new motherboard and processor for upgrading. AMD is flexible and provides upgradability to newer generations as long as the motherboard is not the earliest AM4 socket motherboard. If there is upgradability, you can pretty much make your PC future-proof. But if you are not looking to upgrade your PC anytime soon and want to buy a prebuilt gaming PC a single time, make sure to get as recent hardware as possible. Do research and check which prebuilt gaming PC is the best that can last a couple of years. Make sure to set your priorities and prioritize the CPU, GPU, and memory. Storage capacity, build, and aesthetics come second.
Important Components: From SSD, RAM, GPU To Motherboard & CPU
A gaming PC is one of the best entertainment things happened to humanity, and it contains many smaller yet highly important components. The most important part is the CPU. Without any doubt, other components might vary from person to person. Looking for a prebuilt gaming PC is tricky and requires knowledge that can help the buyer in getting the best possible package out of the budget. I believe CPU and GPU should be prioritized the most, especially for prebuilt PCs, you might want to get the best possible CPU and GPU, and cutbacks on other components are bearable. Motherboards come into play if you are buying a prebuilt system with upgradability in mind. For AMD, any motherboard after x370 chipset is flexible to upgrading from first to even fourth-gen of Ryzen CPUs. You are pretty much stuck when it comes to Intel. Ensure that when it comes to memory, the prebuilt should have at least 16 GB of memory capacity with dual-channel support. Storage capacity depends on your needs, and customize the PC beforehand with ample storage space and then place an order. It is an expensive hobby, but it is much more rewarding and provides so much freedom, and you can do almost anything on a system that is not possible on a console. You can find hundreds of prebuilt PC on the internet and your local PC store. Both custom PC building and prebuilt require decent knowledge about PC hardware to prevent buying a weak and outdated gaming PC. After all, you deserve the best hardware for your hard-earned money and do not want it to go to waste. I am quite confident that with the help of this article, you will get the best out of your $1500 budget, and if not, the internet is full of decent prebuilt PC that you can check out.
